Thank you for visiting theRemedi.co.uk.  The website is owned and operated by The Re-Medi Ltd, a company registered under the Companies Acts (Company Number 05472843) and trading as TheRemedi.co.uk (“The Remedi”, “we”, “us”, “our”).  Please note that by accessing theRemedi.co.uk (“the site”), you are agreeing to these terms and conditions.  If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, you may not access this site. Although you may "bookmark" a particular portion of this Site and thereby bypass this Agreement, your use of this Site still binds you to the terms.  

Intellectual Property

This website in its entirety (including all images, design, text, buttons, videos, etc) is protected by copyright unless otherwise stated. All worldwide rights, titles, and interests are reserved. This website and all content is intended for personal, non-commercial use only.  

Accuracy

TheRemedi.co.uk endeavours to provide the most accurate and up to date information on our Site as possible.  Any inaccuracies, omissions or errors on the site are accidental, and we reserve the right to update or change the information at any time without prior notice.  These inaccuracies may include incorrect product description, images or pricing.  We shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for products listed at an incorrect price.   If the credit card has already been charged at an incorrect price, it will be refunded.   We do our best to ensure that the images of the products are accurate; however, due to variations in monitor displays, we cannot guarantee that the colour will be displayed on your screen accurately.

Placing an Order

By placing an order you are offering to purchase a product on and subject to the terms and conditions. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price.

When placing an order you undertake that all details you provide to us are true and accurate , that you are over the age of 18,  that you are an authorised user of the credit or debit card used to place your orderand that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the goods.

When an order is placed on the site, you will be sent an e-mail confirming the details of the order.  Your order will only be accepted if the items are available, your contact details provided have been confirmed and the payment has been fully authorised.  We cannot be held responsible for any delays related to your order if your details cannot be confirmed, or the payment has not been authorised.

If the items that you ordered are out of stock, subject to a delay, or have been displayed inaccurately, we will attempt to contact you as soon as possible using the information you have provided.  If we are unable to contact you, the order will be cancelled, and any payment will be refunded.

Delivery

We will do our best to ensure that your goods arrive as quickly and safely as possible.  

Goods will be deemed to have been delivered to a Customer when delivered to a person appearing to have authority to sign for them at the destination to which they are consigned. Once signed for by or on behalf of the Customer, theRemedi.co.uk shall accept no claim for any alleged short delivery. Risk of damage to or loss of the Goods shall pass to the customer on delivery.

Goods will be delivered to the customer within a reasonable period from the acceptance by theRemedi.co.uk of the Customer’s order. Any delivery date quoted to a Customer are estimates only and no liability can be accepted (whether for consequential loss or otherwise) for failure for any reason to meet the same.


We will not be under any liability (whether for consequential loss or otherwise) for any delay in delivery or for failure or inability to supply Goods in such delay, failure or inability arises wholly or in part form Act of God, war, riots, civil commotions, accidents, strikes or lockout, fire, shortage of materials, government orders or regulations or any event (whether or not similar to any of the forgoing) beyond our control.

Returns Policy

We will refund or exchange (depending on availability) any unused/unworn item(s) returned within 14 days after the date of delivery.  If you require an exchange or refund, you must obtain a Returned Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number within 48 hours of delivery.  You can request an RMA number by logging into your account and clicking on the Return Items button in the relevant order, or by emailing us at info@theRemedi.co.uk.  Your RMA request will be reviewed during working hours and an email confirmation will be sent if the request is accepted.  

Items purchased in the sale are non-returnable and non-refundable unless faulty or an incorrect item is received.


Please package your item(s) securely, write your RMA number clearly on the package, and return by post to:

The full sale price of the item(s) will be refunded upon return of the item in its original condition.  Shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer and not refundable unless the item is faulty or an incorrect item was sent.   We strongly recommend that you ship the package by a registered and insured method as the items are your responsibility until delivered and any items which are lost or damaged in transit cannot be accepted for return or exchange.

We endeavour to answer all queries as quickly as possible.  Any correspondence received outside of business hours will be responded to on the next working day.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless theRemedi, its directors, officers, employees, consultants, agents, and affiliates, from any and all third party claims, liability, damages and/or costs (including, but not limited to, legal fees) arising from your use this Website or your breach of the Terms of Service.

Miscellaneous

These conditions shall be governed by and interpreted according to the law of England and the parties hereto agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales
