Orders are usually dispatched within 24 hours of receipt, Monday to Friday. Some products are created especially for you, and this is clearly specified on the individual product pages. For these items, please allow two weeks for delivery.
We are unable to ship orders on Saturdays, Sundays, or Bank Holidays. Orders placed after 4pm on Friday afternoon or over the weekend will be dispatched on the next working day - however, if you desperately need your item delivered super-quick please get in touch with us and we will do what we can to help!
In the unlikely event that there's a significant delay with your order being dispatched, we will contact you as soon as possible.
All packages will be sent via a tracked service and will require a signature. Unfortunately we are unable to ship to P.O Box or BFPO addresses.
UK Standard Delivery cost is £4.95 per order. Please allow 3-5 working days for delivery
UK Express Delivery cost is £8.95 per order. Orders must be placed before 4pm to receive next working day delivery.
We are happy to ship worldwide. Please note, if your order is to be delivered outside the EU, it may incur import duty and local sales taxes payable on receipt of the parcel. These fees vary by country - please check your country's customs rules.
International shipping costs are calculated basedon the package weight.

We will refund or exchange (depending on availability) any unused/unworn item(s) returned within 14 days after the date of the delivery. If you require an exchange or refund, please request a Returned Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number by contacting our customer service department, stating your name, order number, the list of items to be returned, the reason for return, and whether you would like an exchange or refund. Your RMA request will be reviewed during working hours and an email confirmation will be sent with return instructions.
Items purchased in the sale are non-returnable and non-refundable unless faulty or an incorrect item is received.
Please package your item(s) securely and enclose your original invoice along with your RMA number. Should you require a refund, the full sale price of the item(s) will be refunded upon return of the item in its original condition and product tag attached. Shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer and will not be refunded unless the item is faulty or an incorrect item was sent.
Please be aware that your parcel may take several days to reach us, depending on the delivery service you choose. For your own peace of mind, we advise you to send all parcels using a registered and insured delivery service as the items are the responsibility of the customer until delivered and any items which are lost or damaged in transit cannot be refunded
